ABOUT ME
I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients are recognized as the experts of their own lives. My therapeutic approach is affirmative, relational, and sex-positive, with a collaborative focus at its core.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression; exploring gender and sexual identity; engaging in non-monogamous relationships; living with chronic pain; and confronting existential dilemmas. It is a privilege to work alongside individuals and couples within my community, providing support for the LGBTQIA community and nontraditional relationship structures.
With a passion for providing support through a feminist, multicultural, and non-pathologizing lens, I continuously examine the systemic structures that influence and shape mental health. I view my role as a guide, helping clients explore their values, core beliefs, and relationships, empowering them to take an active role in effecting meaningful change.
I graduated from Antioch University with my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and completed my clinical traineeship at Southern California Counseling Center, where I worked with a diverse range of clients. I’m supervised by Sierra K. Briscoe, M.S., LMFT (#129471). I’m currently accepting new clients virtually and look forward to hearing from you!
